SRD 5.1 attribution

This work includes material from the System Reference Document 5.1 (“SRD 5.1”) by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available at dnd.wizards.com. The SRD 5.1 is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, available at creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode.

The System Reference Document 5.2 (“SRD 5.2”) is likewise available from Wizards of the Coast under the same CC-BY-4.0 license and is used on the same terms wherever Rollhaven offers the 2024 ruleset.

Data source

The compendium data is packaged from the 5e-bits/5e-database project (MIT-licensed), which structures the SRD text into machine- readable form. The rules text itself remains © Wizards of the Coast, CC-BY-4.0, as above.

What's included

Rollhaven ships the rules, spells, monsters, and items released in the SRD 5.1 — the same open subset of the world's most popular tabletop RPG that other tools build on. It does not include the full rulebooks, adventure modules, setting lore, or artwork from published sourcebooks; for those, support the original publisher.
